Nora Mill's own super-simple mix is "Just add water" to make fresh, warm funnel cakes that can be topped with fresh fruit, syrup, whipped cream & berries or powdered sugar. Recipes included for cobbler, waffles & fried pies too.

Funnel Cake Recipe

Hold one finger over funnel spout and pour batter into funnel

Release finger, allowing batter to flow into   shortening.  Swirl batter while dropping into skillet.

Turn funnel cake over when edges are golden brown and fry on opposite side

Remove from pan and sprinkle with confectionary sugar or serve with syrup or ice cream.

Pancake Recipe

Mix better until smooth.  Pour about 3 tbsp. butter on hot griddle for each cake.  (Griddle should be lightly greased)  Bake until bubbles break over surface, turn and brown other side.  Makes about 16 pancakes.

Biscuit Recipe

Add 2 Cups mix to 1/2 cup water.  Mix together well.  Place on floured surface, fold edges to center.  Do not knead.  Roll out, cut and place in 450° oven for 10-12 minutes.

Golden, perfectly seasoned hushpuppies are so easy with this
mix. Add onion if desired and serve with fried, grilled or
sauteed fish or chicken. A must for any fish fry.
